Meet the Founder

Ivan Ramirez

Hello, I’m the founder of People Theory Co., bringing nearly six years of hands-on Human Resources experience across both internal roles and client-facing advisory work.

My career began as an HR Coordinator at Ingram Micro, where I built a strong foundation in HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and internal systems.

I then advanced into an HR Generalist role at EVO Logistics, where I was responsible for the full scope of HR functions. In this role, I managed day-to-day HR operations, supported employee relations, ensured compliance, and helped build processes that supported a growing workforce.

Most recently, I worked as an Account Executive at ADP, partnering with small business owners to implement and optimize payroll, employee benefits, and retirement solutions. This experience gave me direct insight into the challenges companies face when scaling without the right HR infrastructure in place.

Across these roles, I’ve developed a well-rounded, practical approach to HR—combining real operational experience with strategic advisory. I created People Theory Co. to bring that approach to growing businesses, helping them build people systems that are not only compliant, but intentional and scalable.
